Refund policy

Each item is custom made just for you and therefore we are unable to accept returns. The only exception to this is for a damaged item or if a mistake is made on our part.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If there are any issues please contact us immediately. We will do whatever necessary to make it right. 

Refunds
In the rare occurrence we need to issue a refund we will require you to first return the product. Once we receive the product we will inspect it and once cleared, issue a refund.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
